Designs by Charms creates bespoke chocolate designs and styled celebration setups, from a studio in Abu Dhabi for celebrations anywhere in the UAE. From a newborn's first tray to a full birthday installation, every piece is designed around a single theme and finished by hand, so the sweets, the signage and the decor all belong to the same story.

How we workRequest first, pay once confirmed
Five steps, from first message to finished setup.
You send a request, we confirm the plan and the price, and only then is a deposit due. Most celebrations come together within two to three weeks.

Request
Choose your packages and a free date on the booking page, then add your theme, colours, venue and guest count.

Design
We reply with a concept, a colour palette and the package that fits, with the final price including delivery for your location.

Confirm
Approve the plan. A 50% deposit by bank transfer or cash secures your date; kids workshops take an AED 1,000 deposit.

Create
Chocolate and decor are produced to your approved design. Allow 7 to 10 days for chocolate, 14 days for setups and 2 to 3 weeks for workshops.

Style
Everything is delivered and set up on site, ready before your guests arrive. The balance is agreed with Designs by Charms when your booking is confirmed.
