You receive a reply confirming the details and the final price, including delivery for your location.

A 50% deposit by bank transfer or cash holds the date. The balance is agreed with Designs by Charms when your booking is confirmed.

Kids workshop deposit
Workshops and Glam Jam take a fixed AED 1,000 deposit so materials can be bought and prepared for your group.

Delivery is charged by location
We travel across the UAE; delivery is charged by location. Your confirmation includes delivery for your address, and setup times are agreed in advance with your venue.

Up to 3 events a week, by design
We take on a limited number of celebrations each week so every setup gets full attention on the day.

Everything can be customised
Additional items and customisations are available on request across every package. Add them on the booking page or ask on WhatsApp.

Allergens
Our chocolate is made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy and gluten.

Prices are in AED
Every package, workshop and add-on is listed in UAE Dirhams. The price in your confirmation is the price you pay.

Christmas 2026 dates
Installation runs 15 November to 24 December. Christmas decorating takes a 50% deposit and a short consultation to confirm your style and the final price.
