PrivacyDesigns by Charms
Your details, used only for your celebration.
We keep this short because there is not much to say: we only collect what we need to plan and deliver your booking.
01
Where we hear from you
This website has no forms, accounts or cookies of its own. You reach Designs by Charms in three ways: the booking page, which is run by Bare Links (barelinks.ae) on our behalf; WhatsApp; and Instagram (@designsbycharms).
WhatsApp and Instagram conversations are handled by those apps under their own privacy policies.
02
What we collect
When you request a booking we receive what you enter on the booking page: your name, phone number, the packages and date you chose, your venue or delivery address, guest count, theme and any notes, such as allergies. On WhatsApp and Instagram we see your number or handle and what you send us, including photos of ideas you like.
03
How we use it
Only to reply to your request, confirm your booking, produce and deliver your order and arrange payment. We do not sell your details.
Your booking details are stored on the Bare Links booking platform, which handles them for Designs by Charms under its own privacy notice.
04
Photos of your celebration
We may share photos of our work on Instagram and on this website. Tell us if you would rather we did not share photos of your celebration.
05
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, message Designs by Charms on WhatsApp or call the number below. We keep booking records for as long as we need them to deliver your order and keep our accounts in order, then remove them.
06
Changes to this notice
If the way we handle your details changes, we will update this page. The version you are reading applies from the date it was published on this website.
