TermsDesigns by Charms
Terms, in plain words.
A few practical notes before you book. They restate what is on the price list and the booking page, so there are no surprises.
01
Booking requests
You request a booking by choosing your packages and a date on the Designs by Charms booking page, which is run by Bare Links. A request is not yet a booking: nothing is reserved and nothing is charged until Designs by Charms has confirmed it with you.
We take on up to 3 events a week, so a date shown as free on the calendar is held for you only once your deposit is received.
02
Confirmation and deposit
Designs by Charms replies to confirm the details and the final price, including delivery for your location. Your booking is confirmed once you approve that reply and pay the deposit.
A 50% deposit by bank transfer or cash secures your date. Kids workshops and Glam Jam take a fixed AED 1,000 deposit. The balance is agreed with Designs by Charms when your booking is confirmed.
03
Lead times
Chocolate needs 7 to 10 days; birthday and event setups 14 days; kids workshops 2 to 3 weeks. Christmas 2026 installation dates run 15 November to 24 December.
04
Delivery and setup
Delivery is charged based on location and is included in your confirmed price. Setup times are agreed in advance with your venue; please make sure we can access the space at the agreed time so everything is finished before your guests arrive.
05
Customisation
Additional items and customisations are available on request across every package. Changes requested after confirmation may affect the price or the lead time, and we will tell you before going ahead.
06
Allergens
Our chocolate is made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy and gluten. Please tell us about any allergies when you send your request so we can advise what is suitable.
07
Prices and validity
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are valid until the date shown on the current price list.
08
Photographs
Photographs of our work on this website show real Designs by Charms events. Christmas images are style inspiration for Christmas 2026, not photographs of past installations. Every design is made for your home or venue, so your celebration will not be an exact copy of any photo.
